STICKING TO THOSE RESOLUTIONS - A HAPPIER YOU
With the indulgence of December behind us and the prospect of a new year on the door step now is the perfect time embrace your inner health queen (or king)!
It’s not about a ‘New Year, New You’ but rather a healthier and happier you! As such there is no need to go out and buy fancy gym gadgets, a gym membership and only shop buying foods with less than 100 calories per portion. Why? Not only will this not last but it will also be both expensive and (let’s be honest) severely un-fun.
What can you do instead? Well Lucy proposes just picking two or three little swaps or commitments, which you are able to keep to. For example, make sure you have a hearty and balanced breakfast each morning (of course Lucy’s granola is a strong option) and walk at every opportunity rather than drive / tube / bus. These are little things which may not seem much but you will be able to keep to and will occasion benefits in the long term.
